Alvear provides architectural design consulting and conceptual design services. Alvear is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and does not act as the Architect of Record. All projects in the United States must be reviewed, adapted, and signed by a licensed Architect or General Contractor in the jurisdiction where the project is built.
